Did my 86 course at Newton 1965, posted to 41Sqn 1965 -1970, disbanded 41 and reformed at Bruggen as 25Sqn until 1973. Our Flt Cmdr was Stan Burr (now sadly gone)and I was on duty at MS1 when the the crane driver dropped the radar off the plinth.

I worked with Ferranti on the development of the Mk2 LCP. I programmed the Argus 200 in both the LCP and in the LCP Simulator. I also took part in the setting to work of the LCP as part of the firing trials at Woomera
